- Electric control and heating part are separated
- Using SCR temperature control, the power can be adjusted according to the current usage.
- Use KEYENCE non-contact pinch-type water flow meter (6 points) to start heating when the water flow condition is met.
- Use non-contact far infrared to sense temperature.
- Over-temperature protection, leakage protection, low water flow protection, liquid leakage sensing protection.
- The material in contact with liquid is quartz tube, PE/PP/PFA, and will not contact metal.
- The voltage/power/number of heater groups can be adjusted according to the required temperature and water volume.
- Before use, please make the water flow rate greater than 3 L/min before powering on to avoid burning the tube.
- There must be a heat dissipation space or heat dissipation device at the installation place.
